Warranty


The warranty is limited to functional defects in the generator sets resulting from design, material, or assembly issues, valid for a period of 12 months after delivery or 1000 running hours, whichever occurs first.

Under this warranty, the buyer's responsibility is limited to supplying the parts that are reasonably confirmed to be defective by the seller.

The transportation costs for returning such defective parts to the seller shall be borne by the buyer, while the shipping costs for re-sending the parts to the buyer shall be borne by the seller.

Any generator set or component claimed to be defective by the buyer or end user may be inspected by the seller, and if necessary, determined by LOKEN POWER whether the defect falls under the warranty coverage. The buyer or end-user must provide necessary images and related information so that the seller can understand the defect and its cause.

If the defect is covered under the warranty, new or repaired parts will be provided to the buyer. The repaired or replaced parts will continue to be covered under the remaining warranty period of the generator set.

The buyer is responsible for installing the generator sets in accordance with the LOKEN POWER operation and maintenance manuals. The start-up of the generator sets must be performed by an authorized LOKEN POWER dealer, and a startup form must be completed and provided when required.

If long-term storage preparation is required, it must be conducted by an authorized LOKEN POWER workshop and clearly specified in the initial order. Removal from long-term storage must also be carried out by an authorized LOKEN POWER workshop.
